ilucona gravity lamps that are controlled from a mobile phone or tablet via a WiFi signal use the Shelly smart control application.

Download the application by scanning the relevant QR code. Install, launch and set up the application according to the user manual.

The Shelly smart control application controls the lamp easily wherever you are. “The electronic engine of the ilucona gravity lamp is unique and there is no other flexible lamp like it. You can turn the lamp on/off with an adjustable delay, change the static color composition according to which color you prefer, or with a dynamic effect let the colors gradually change over the entire spectrum. The color part of the light can be even turn it off completely and use only white cold or warm white light. You can change the intensity from 0-100% separately for both colored and white light. Both light components can be mixed as desired and easily achieve the desired atmosphere in the interior, this setting is saved as a scene, so you can create scenes for different occasions and simply turn them on.

You can check and control the lamp remotely. Turn it on on the way home, control it while on vacation and thus simulate being in the house, or set a timer and calendar for automatic periodic light control. These periodic control settings can be supplemented with non-periodic automation elements that control the lamp, for example, you can set the Shelly Door sensor to turn on the lamp when the door is opened when placed on the front door. With the Sunrise/Sunset function activated, the lamp itself evaluates according to the time of day whether it is appropriate to light up. The Shelly Motion motion sensor can also automatically turn on the lamp, which turns on the lamp when you enter a room, a corridor, a terrace, a pool – anywhere where such light control is more convenient. The distance of the sensors from the lamp is not important, because the communication takes place in the cloud, it is only important that each device is within range of the WiFi signal.

In this way, it is possible to control and check several lamps separately, or to group them together and to synchronize and automate individual groups in different ways, even in several objects at the same time. Such a solution is ideal for long corridors, staircases, receptions, halls and large parts of the house, hotel complexes, etc. The devices can send notifications for all events, so you will have a perfect overview not only of light, but also of energy consumption.

If you don’t need any of these lamp features and skills, it can only be installed and used locally within your home WiFi network, and you can get cloud skills and automation with a simple change in the app at any time in the future.

You can also control ilucona gravity with your voice. The Shelly smart control app can be connected to Amazon Alexa, Google Home and Samsung Smart Things devices in the following ways.

How to get started with ilucona gravity – Amazon Alexa?

Step 1: Download the Shelly application from your app store and add your Shelly devices following the inclusion steps in the user manual.
Step 2: Open your Alexa app and go to the skills tab.
Step 3: Then in the search field, type “Shelly Cloud”, click on it, and press “Enable to use”.
Step 4: When the "Enable to use" button is clicked, Alexa opens the "my.shelly.cloud" - login page.
Step 5: Log in to your account and the “Discovery device” process will start. You will see an “Alexa is looking for devices" message.
Step 6: When the “Discover devices” process ends, you will see a message with information on how many new devices have been found. Then, all your Alexa-enabled devices will be ready to control your Shelly devices.

Important:
You may need to rename your devices in the Shelly app for Alexa to recognize them more easily. To obtain better control performance, please specify a clear one-word name for each device in the Shelly application like “Light”, “Blinds”, “Iron” and so on. Please note that there is a limit of 3 notifications per account.

How to get started with ilucona gravity – Google Home?

Step 1: Download the Shelly application from your app store and add your Shelly devices following the inclusion steps in the user manual.
Step 2: Open Google Home application. Go to “Settings” and then select "Works with Google". In the “Search” field type: "Shelly Smart Home" and click on it. Google will open the "my.shelly.cloud" - login page.
Step 3: Once you log in to your account, the verification linking process will start.
Step 4: When the linking process is done, all available devices will be displayed on the screen. Press “Done”
Step 5: All your Google Home-enabled devices will be ready to control your Shelly devices.

You may need to rename your devices in the Shelly app for Google Home to recognize them more easily. To obtain better control performance, please specify a clear one-word name for each device in the Shelly application like “Light”, “Blinds”, “Iron” and so on.

How to get started with ilucona gravity – Samsung SmartThings?

Step 1: Download Shelly application from Google App Store and add your Shelly devices following the inclusion steps in the user manual.
Step 2: Go to the room you set up during the app setup or create a new room for your Shelly devices.
Step 3: Select "Add device" and choose the option "By brand". In the alphabetical order of the brands, go to "S" and select Shelly. 
Step 4: Log in to "Shelly Cloud" with the credentials of your Shelly Cloud account. Wait for the SmartThings and Shelly connection to fully load.
Step 5: Once this process is completed, all of your devices connected to Shelly Cloud will be available in SmartThings.
